The group’s medicine manufacturing unit, Sreedhareeyam Farmherbs India Pvt Ltd was established to cater to the most vital need of standardized high-quality medicines in high volumes for treatments and also to achieve consistency in the quality of medicines. The unit is GMP certified and follows aseptic manufacturing processes and stringent quality control measures. While all the equipment for processing and packaging are state-of-the-art, the ingredients and formulations adhere strictly to the procedures and guidelines outlined in the ancient parchments (Thaliyolas) and ancient books (Granthas), the most invaluable assets of the Mana. All medicines and formulations utilised in the eye and other treatments are manufactured here. The facility has all the modern medicine manufacturing facilities including a most modern sterile eyedrop manufacturing unit, Fully Automatic Capsule Filling Machines, Blister Packing Machines, bottling machines, labelling machines and tablet punching machines.
After assessing and reviewing the safety hazards, ISO 22000 FSMS certification was awarded to the Unit in 2011, by the International Certifying Agency- BUREAU VERITAS.

A Quality Control Laboratory having faculties to carry out tests with Botanical, Chemical, Analytical and Microbiological parameters ensures that the highest possible quality of medicines are constantly achieved. Apart from using the best of Herbs, Raw Materials and Intermediates after rigorous quality checks, finished products also undergo stringent and detailed testing to ensure that they conform to Pharmacopoeia Standards. Sreedhareeyam Farmherbs India Pvt. Ltd. has been granted accreditation by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration of Laboratories (NABL) in accordance with ISO/ IEC 17025:2017.With this recognition, Sreedhareeyam has become one among the four NABL-accredited laboratories in Kerala that are qualified to conduct testing of AYUSH products. Sreedhareeyam Farmherbs India Pvt. Ltd is also the only Ayurveda manufacturing unit in Kerala that has its own NABL-accredited analytical laboratory. .
Established in the year 2008, it is the only USFDA ready ayurvedic manufacturing unit with the entire facility classified to class 1 lakh clean rooms. It houses the most modern quality testing, manufacturing and packing equipment along with an in-house NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) accredited testing laboratory. It adopts a uni-flow process direction while adhering to the highest standards prescribed. It is also GMP certified and ISO 22000 FSMS certified.
